What happens after I register?

When you register, our team will pick up your request for a licence key, your licence key will be generated and sent to you within 24 hours, please keep an eye on your email once you have submitted your details.

Is my data secure, what about my payment information?

Yes — your data and privacy are taken very seriously.

Payment Information: All payments are processed securely by Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted and widely used payment processors. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card details, billing address, or any other payment information. Stripe handles the entire transaction with bank-level encryption and security standards.

Personal & Download Data: Your queues, history, settings and saved files remain on your device. The application does not upload your download activity to us.

You can download and use XG Downloader with confidence. If you have any specific privacy concerns, feel free to contact us.

Where do I find my Machine ID?

Open XG Downloader and go to the Settings tab. Your Machine ID is shown in the licence section and can be copied from there.

Is this a subscription?

No. This is a one-time Professional licence with no recurring fees or monthly billing.
